kann Entwicklungszusammenarbeit gelingen? Rückmeldungen „aus dem Feld“

Kulturen begegnen sich zwischen sog. entwickelten und sich entwicklenden Ländern, zwischen Deutschland und Indien als Schwellenland.

So begegnen sich auch Organisationskulturen, Kulturen und Strukturen sozialer Arbeit und hier auf meinem Blog der Kindertagesbetreuung.

Kann das wirklich gehen – in 10 Wochen

• sich in ein anderes System frühkindlicher Bildung eindenken,
• fachliche und organisatorische Informationen erhalten und Impulse dazu geben,
• in den gemeinsamen Austausch auf verschiedenen Ebenen (von der Erzieherin/Lehrerin über das mittlere management bis zum Aufsichtsrat) gehen,
• voneinander lernen (win-win)

– und das mit einer gewissen Nachhaltigkeit?

On behalf of the staff and children of Christian Mission Service, I would like to thank you for visiting us and being with us almost for the last 11 weeks. It was really a pleasure having you with us and share lot of things for the benefit of our children in our Projects.

We wish to thank your family for sparing you to be with us for such a long time in CMS, India. May our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ bless you for the wonderful and dedicated work of yours towards uplifting the service to the children of CMS.

Dear Ms Hohn
It was really a great experience for many of us to listen and to work along with for the last couple of weeks. We really appreciate your God given Wisdom and worldwide experience that you have gained in the Childcare.
The idea of developing fresh guidelines for crèche and to relook at the guidelines of Kruba seems a good idea to be me.
And as part of my visit to Nagercoil, I am looking at the possibilities of meeting you along with Mr Robinson on the 24th evening in our Alagipandipuram campus. I will ask Mr Robinson to keep in touch with you to program our meeting.

Der General Manager, zuständig nun seit wenigen Tagen für alle Einrichtungen im central office und in den Anfängen der Kiruba Arbveit für die Projektentwicklung zuständing:

I must appreciate and thank you for the intensive training you had given to the staff on Saturday. It was direct and effective to the work they are doing. There is a sense of urgency that we need to work on improving the quality of education and care provided in the centers. We are sending a circular to the Area Managers and the Coordinators in this regard. I think that you have been instrument in creating the awareness and highlighting the need. We will concentrate on the need and work toward improving the quality of the care and tuition.

Once again I would like to thank you on behalf of the Mission for all giving your time, energy, money etc. for the work of cms. May the lord reward you for all your good work.
